By accessing "Cordaware Customer Forum" ("https://www.cordaware.com/forum/en"), a contract is concluded between you and the operator with the following provisions:

1. Contract of use

  1. By accessing "Cordaware Customer Forum" (hereinafter referred to as "the Board"), you enter into a user agreement with the operator of the Board (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") and agree to the following provisions.
  2. If you do not agree with these regulations, you may no longer use the board. The regulations published here apply to the use of the board.
  3. The contract of use is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time without notice.

2. Granting of rights of use

  1. By creating a contribution, you grant the operator a simple, temporally and spatially unlimited and free right to use your contribution within the framework of the board.
  2. The right of use under point 2, sub-point a remains in force even after termination of the contract of use.

3. Obligations of the user

  1. By creating a contribution, you declare that it does not contain any content that violates applicable law or morality. In particular, you declare that you have the right to set or use the links and images used in your contributions.
  2. The operator of the board exercises domiciliary rights. In the event of violations of these terms of use or other rules published on the board, the operator may temporarily or permanently exclude you from using this board after issuing a warning and ban you from the board.
  3. You acknowledge that the operator accepts no responsibility for the content of posts that it has not created itself or that it has not taken note of. You authorize the operator to delete or block your user account, posts and functions at any time.
  4. You also authorize the operator to modify your contributions if they violate o. g. rules or are likely to cause damage to the operator or a third party.

4. General Public License

  1. You acknowledge that phpBB is a service provided under the „GNU General Public License v2“ (GPL) forum software provided by phpBB Limited (www.phpbb.com) They do not have any influence on the way in which the software is used. In particular, they cannot prohibit the use of the software for certain purposes or influence the content of third-party forums.

5. Warranty

  1. With the exception of injury to life, limb and health and the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the operator is only liable for damages that are attributable to intentional or grossly negligent behavior. This also applies to indirect consequential damages such as, in particular, loss of profit.
  2. Liability towards consumers is limited to damages typically foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and otherwise to the average damages typical for the contract, except in the case of willful or grossly negligent behavior or damages resulting from injury to life, body and health and the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). This also applies to indirect consequential damages such as, in particular, loss of profit.
  3. Except in the case of injury to life, body and health or intentional or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the operator, liability towards entrepreneurs is limited to the damages typically foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and otherwise to the amount of average damages typical for the contract. This also applies to indirect damages, in particular loss of profit.
  4. The limitation of liability in paragraphs a to c shall also apply mutatis mutandis in favor of the operators employees and vicarious agents.
  5. Claims for liability under mandatory national law remain unaffected.

6. Subject to change

  1. The operator is entitled to change the terms of use and the privacy policy. The user will be notified of the change by e-mail.
  2. The user is entitled to object to the changes. In the event of an objection, the existing contractual relationship between the operator and the user shall expire with immediate effect.
  3. The changes shall be deemed to be recognized and binding if the user has agreed to the changes.
